I volunteer in animal rescue. When I first saw this macrame, marketed with family photos, etc., I didn't really have a use for it. Then I considered the numerous rescued adult dogs, some of whom have been at the shelter for a year, many for months, all great dogs fostered in loving volunteer homes as often as possible. The shelter is overflowing. So, this macrame turned out to be perfect. I offer distant Animal Reiki sessions to the dogs, especially when a volunteer has alerted me to it being at risk for breakdown (from being homeless and at the County shelter so long--sadly, far too many heavily drugged for "reactivity," from a lack of resources for training), thus at risk for euthanasia due to full kennels. I could easily use another five of these macrame hangers. As it is, I placed it on the wall next to mirror closet doors, and tape the "less urgent" ones on the closet doors. When a dog has demonstrated healing (not mouthing, more responsiveness, less aggression, etc.) and has sometimes even been adopted (not uncommon with Animal Reiki), I unpin it from the macrame, and add a new one. My daughter just moved into a new room and was asking for a corkboard to put photos up, but I was looking around and found this as a cuter option. It was super easy to hang and just needed one nail to hang. It comes with a bunch of small little clothespins to hang the photos from. I love the macrame look, the colors are neutral and match everything.

This macrame photo display works perfect in my daughter’s room! It was easy to hang on a pushpin. I love the look of it and you could also not hang any photos on it and it would be a beautiful piece on the wall. The clothespins included are very sturdy and hold well on the macrame. Overall great value and quality.
