honestly after reading so many reviews on this and similar bags, i didn’t have high hopes for this surviving a trip home from japan. but boy was i wrong! we packed it in an carry on for the ride there because we didn’t bring a suitcase of any kind. it folds up so small and compact and it’s light and easy to carry. we were able to slowly open it up until we needed full capacity once we were ready to head home and it survived quite the long journey! we used a suitcase strap just for extra security, but we probably didn’t even need it. no tips, zippers fully intact, the bottom didn’t break and the wheels were fine! it does roll a little funky when it’s all the way open and full of stuff, i recommend packing all the heavy stuff at the bottom to help with that. all in all im impressed and satisfied with how it worked for us. i’ll be using it again and a suitcase that i can pack inside all my other ones for future trips across the globe!

Loved it it rolls very easily. I was very impressed. it's durable, it protected my things very roomy, loved the design. It's now under my bed for the next trip!

A Nearly Perfect Bag! At just over 6 lbs, I have some extra weight room for my things. When not in use, it takes up so little space in the closet. I love how I can make it small (carry-on size), Medium or jumbo sized. Top Loading only is not totally convenient, but not a deal breaker. I wish it had two outside pockets instead of just one. Two would balance it better. But it held up beautifully on a long international flight, was totally manageable weight wise. I love it.

Perfect suitcase for when you are traveling light going, but come back with more stuff versus when you left, which happens every time I go back home from US to Europe. Super sturdy and well made, and fits a lot!

This bag is huge and can pack a lot. The material is super sturdy which would hold up well. When fully packed, reaching items at the bottom can be tricky, but using packing cubes makes things more accessible.The biggest drawback is that it is difficult to maneuver. The wheels are not as smooth as I expected. The bag is so heavy even by itself, using shoulder strap is not a good option and I found myself end up half dragging it on its wheels. The bag also tends to tip over. Adding a telescoping handle would not only make maneuvering the bag easier but also help it stand on its own better.

For anyone who needs to know - the Upgrade Version fits 2 Graco Pack n Plays perfectly. Width is down to about a mm of wiggle room... it's a tight fit, but it fits. 2 Graco Pack n Plays plus this bag total weight is about 43 lbs, so you can shove some sheets and stuff in the outer pocket and on top (there's a few extra inches of height on the packable space) before you hit your 50 lb checked bag limit. Note - the Upgrade Version 2 does NOT fit a Pack n Play! Only the Upgrade Version. Anyway - nice way to hit one checked item instead of 2 if you need to travel with multiple Pack n Plays. Pays for itself in one round trip flight with checked baggage costs these days.

I just got my new luggage -- looks great, moves well, love the expansion options, highly recommended by a friend! We plan to check it onto our outbound international flight with a few things at its smallest size. Then, we can expand it as necessary to accommodate our souvenirs/shopping and/or to reduce carry-on baggage for the return trip. I think packing cubes will make it very usable.I will note, however, this bag wouldn't work as well if the traveler had to "live out of the suitcase" rather being able to unpack at his/her lodging because of the vertical access.

Amazing suitcase and is quite large and is quality, I always over shop so this is perfect it fits in my suitcase as it is small

L’article est bien, mais ce n’est pas ce que je cherchais. Je le trouve lourd et un peu encombrant, au point de ne pas tenir dans une valise cabine. La seule utilité que je vois aux valises pliables, c’est de pouvoir les mettre dans une autre valise pour éviter les frais de bagages au retour, mais même cela, je ne le trouve pas très pratique. À part pour les stocker chez soi, je ne vois pas trop l’intérêt de cette malette pliable.

My sister has one n we used it on our recent trip after shopping a lot.It's so convenient that it folds up n goes inside another suitcase n you open it up when you need another suitcase.I always buy an extra suitcase when I go on trips because I am a shopper n things I buy do not fit rhe suitcase I came with.Now, I just have to open this folding suitcase, no need to buy a new one on every trip.The material is sturdy and held the 45 lbs content.
