But this to replace a snap on that I cannot get warranty because we lost our snap on guy. Works perfectly just like snap on tools only this one's not broken.

Hanson tap cut right through the leftover threads of a hardened bolt, rusted and snapped in the subframe of my car. It took three drill bits to drill through the bolt; then my Ace tap snapped in the new hole. I felt very fortunate to get the broken tap out with a Chinese tap extractor without it too breaking, and then the Hanson did the job of resurrecting the threads. I'm very happy with this tap.

Needed to fabricate a nut for a tensioning assembly. Tapped into 3/8†piece of metal. Threaded perfectly to the metric threaded rod on the assembly. Saved me money from having to buy the entire assembly.
