I didn't realize how big of a piece the felt would be so I recommend calculating how much you want so you don't get too little or too much. It's sturdy and soft, great for making a costume for my dog.

I got this to put on the bottom of a pedestal chair as a floor-protector and pad (the pedestal base is made of fairly coarse/rough particleboard which scratches floors. This felt is a nice weight, dense yet it has a nice soft hand. Color shown on the Amazon listing was accurate (Dark Grey), and a quick check with calipers confirmed the listed thickness.Applied the felt to the particleboard base using 3M spray adhesive. We've had the chair in use on glossy bamboo floors for several months and have had no scratching of the floors, and the felt appears to be holding up quite well.

This is perfect for a white snowy Christmas display. I tried other "snow like" products but they were either too thick, too messy or didn't work for some other reason. This worked perfectly.

I am using the felt for the top of a Christmas train table. It looks nice and seems to be sticky enough to stick to the plywood.I gave it a 4 star since the delivery date was a a day late.I ordered another and I REALLY hope it arrives the date they gave since I need it for Thanksgiving events.

These folks are Awesome! I had to order fabric online now because the last place near me that actually had fabric stopped selling it recently. I like to get my hands on materials like this before I buy it, but I'm a man of many projects, so the show had to go on. These folks had exactly what I needed, and it was much less expensive than others with the same product. I ordered 4 sq. yds. (2 pieces) but only received 2 yds. (1 piece) and they had the other 2 yds on my front porch the NEXT day. You'd do well ordering from this outfit, they have what they say, and they still care after they have your money in their pocket ... In the olden days, we called that customer service, and with things like this in particular, it really is a must have. Great product + Great service = Great experience!

My sister did a great job using this item on the sides of our church nativity scene. She sewed the top to allow small rods for each side and front. No more using thumbtacks, just teacup holders for the draping.
