This foot fitted the Z 100-400 properly and seems secure. High quality construction. Will fit Arca clamp. The issue is that the foot is short and uncomfortable to hold the lens by (only two fingers). The Kirk foot is much better but twice the price ( not sold on Amazon).

I used a Haoge Lens Replacement Foot for my Nikon 200-500, for many years, and was very happy with it. That was why I ordered one for my Nikon Z400mm F4.5, even before my lens arrived. After it arrived I saw that build quality was very good - like my previous one, it was easy to install and felt very sturdy. So far so good.When I began using this in the field I realised that the small size of the lens foot meant that I needed to get a good grip on it - so it does not slip out of my hand while walking about. With this lens foot I could not get a good grip - it was always uncomfortable and unlike my previous one always felt that I was going to drop it at any time. Just to confirm I took it off, put the original foot with a generic QR plate attached and that felt so very much better and safer that I haven't ever put this Haoge foot back on again. It lies unused on my shelf.That was my experience. Your mileage may vary.
