After the first one ordered was lost in shipment, we finally received a placement. The replacement came damaged. This is a very expensive item for it to have damage! Trying to get another replacement will be a complete run around again!

The toy was damaged in shipping. Unfortunately, the only option for customer support resulted in an unresolved issue. This item was sold through Amazon so the manufacturer said Amazon is responsible. When clicking repairs the only option is to contact the manufacturer. I really liked the toy but it is unusable. I do not recommend doing business with Hape. This was intended for a NICU waiting area for siblings. I cannot use a splintered item in a hospital setting. I now own a very expensive and unusable toy because they are unwilling to help.

Best quality waiting room toy we have ever had. The kids can't move it because it is heavy. The wood is all finished and attractive. All of the Hape toys we bought are wonderful. We will never buy another brand again.

Das Aktivitycenter ist toll verarbeitet und wirklich sehr abwechslungsreich für die Kinder. Das Geld lohnt sich auf jedenfall, denn es ist wirklich stabil und langlebig. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden damit.
