This rack was very straight forward to assemble. The rack itself is metal, not plastic as I originally though, so it feels quite sturdy. One thing to note is that you need a small gap between the top of the door and the door frame, otherwise the top hook will make closing the door more difficult.

The construction of the rack is very good, and assembly well thought out. The hooks are large and capable of hosting a large number of ballcaps each. However, the hook intended to go over a door is meant for very THICK doors, so you'll need a shim or spacer to make that work well. The adhesive patch at the bottom of the rack was a good idea but not very strong. It comes loose fairly soon. I recommend pulling the hardware there and using a good amount of alien tape. What I did myself was pull the door hook and the bottom patch and used those hardware holes to enable a woodscrew and drywall anchors set-up.

I had a bunch of hats laying all over my house, and this seemed like the perfect solution. Super easy to put together and install on the back of my door. Two of them fit perfectly on a single door, you could probably get a third on there if you wanted to. Absolutely worth the price
