Ordered these to replace my broken eye glass case and they are fine. My two sets of glasses fit perfectly, the cushion inside is very nice and the included cleaning cloth was a nice bonus. So far, a good value for the money and the colors offered was a nice mix. The case feels sturdy and has already been dropped on accident and the case was fine.

I wanted to replace an old hard shell case for my eyeglasses. I had the case for at least 20 years and it was falling apart -- the glue failed and the inner layer was coming lose, the case was distorted, and 1 or 2 metal hinges snapped off! It needed to be retired!I got this case online because the local stores didn't have anything economical that would PROTECT my eyeglasses. Sure, I could buy a $3 soft case but that does ZERO to protect eyeglasses from being squashed and shattered.At least the new hard shell case protects the eyeglasses as well as the last one did. Hopefully, it lasts as least as long and holds up better, too!

My glasses case broke so I bought this one as a replacement. It is so well made and has helped keep my glasses protected. It came with a nice sized cleaning cloth. Great purchase for the price.

Many cases are 1.25" or less internal hight which can press against glasses when closing the case. This case is larger in the center that allows glasses that don't completely fold flat some room. That way the frames and lenses don't get damaged from repeated closings.

I have slightly larger sunglasses from target that I use whenever I travel. I have a low nosebridge and don't have the easiest time finding new sunglasses to fit me so I'm trying to keep good care of the ones I find. A lot of other cases don't fit this one or they're the bag ones that don't provide support. Glad these fit my sunglasses so they can be well protected during travel days.

[UPDATE 2022-11-18]After 8 months of light use, the exterior plastic fabric is starting to peel off. The edge around the top of the shell peeled about 60% of the way around, so I glued it back on with epoxy, which will hopefully hold for good.The "fabric" is essentially shelf paper - a thin plastic sheet with weak adhesive on one side. It's wrapped around the metal body of the case, but doesn't seem to be stuck on very well. It's too bad, because the case is nice otherwise. Personally, I wish they just made a bare metal one; my previous one was bare, and lasted... maybe 10 years?... before the hinge spring broke, plus another few years with a rubber band wrapped around it to keep it closed.I try to repair things whenever I can, even inexpensive items like this. This outer fabric is tough to fix, though, once the inner lining is attached. A little more attention to quality on the manufacturing side could have avoided this.I wouldn't recommend this case anymore. Maybe it's no worse than others, but I still can't recommend something that lasts less than a year and, in turn, that many people will probably choose to discard when it fails. Vote with your wallet for better quality and try another brand.[ORIGINAL]This is the nice, sturdy, basic case that I was looking for. The shell is strong, it closes tightly, and it fits my wrap-style sunglasses well (Oakley Savitar). Note that this would be too big for flatter sunglasses, or for most eyeglasses.My only complaint is that the top and bottom halves of the shell can get misaligned a bit under pressure. It hasn't been a problem, and there's always still plenty of contact between the two halves to keep my sunglasses safe. Having stiffer material where the hinge mounts would make this case better - but I still like and recommend it as-is.
