Double-split design collar provides a firm and stable fit onto the shaft, preventing components from sliding or moving out of position without damaging the shaft.
Using high-strength inner hexagonal screws, the locking force is strong, stable and firm without slipping.

We purchased these because they were a split oar Lock. They are only split on one side. There’s no way to get them on the oar.
