This is perfect for our travel needs. It easily holds 6 hats and keeps them from getting the brims crushed in travel.The case looks kind of strange but it works well!I like that I can attach it to the carry on if I don't want to pack it inside a case. Or if flying it can be my husbands "personal item".We usually take 2 hats each and this left me room to add a couple light scarves and a tilley to the case, giving me some options.The case is well made and zippers work well. It protects the contents if it's raining outside from getting soaked and protects the hats inside from damage, if they end up under a large case in trunk of the car.Someone was thinking when they designed this!

I found this head caps case very useful. Not just for travel, but also for storage in general. It can keep store caps and keeps my caps dust free. The case is light weight yet solid to keep the hats safe.There's only one thing that I didn't like about this case, which is very strong material or chemical smell. It's so strong that my caps got the smell. It is slowly going away, but when I open it, the inside still smells strong because it's not exposed to the open air. So to be able to use it properly, I have to keep it open for many weeks before the smell goes away and be able to use it.

My husband loves taking his hats on holiday, but being able to keep them from getting squished in the luggage is always a task. This hard case is the perfect solution. It easily fits 4-6 hats, takes up no more space than they would already, but keeps them secure and free from risk of being squished.The zipper closes effortlessly around them, and the case itself is very light weight, barely adding any additional weight to the suitcase. When I travel I like to bring a couple of ball caps with me and storing them in my luggage without damaging their shape is a real challenge. I try to put balled up clothes or my toiletry case in them to keep their shape but I have still had multiple hats ruined from being stuffed in a bag. This product is sturdy and roomy enough to fully protect 6 hats from crushing or water damage. My only issue with it is that it is quite large. This would be fine if you are packing a large bag but when I usually travel for up to 2 weeks with a carry on, I need to watch the size of what I carry. I would be better off with something that it is designed to just fit 2 hats. I think I can over come this by using the space in the hollow of the hats to store other things. The top of this case has a little elastic mesh pocket for other things you may want to travel with and keep secure (watch maybe?). It also has a shoulder strap and a hat clip you could use to clip a hat to the outside of this case or a backpack you are carrying when you dont want to wear the hat. Also comes with a sturdy protective sunglasses case. Overall I recommend if you are good with it being quite large.
