I received this set a couple days after ordering. I was very happy when I saw the rich dark walnut color of the wood. After reading some of the reviews I was worried about the quality of the chairs but I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The chairs are sturdy and strong. They roll well and the entire set is well made. We followed the directions to put it all together and made sure everything was tight before use. We did have one issue and a piece did not come with the initial delivery but I called the company on a Tuesday and I received the missing piece by Thursday. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this set to others.

Product was horrible to assemble and the pre drilled holes are not in right area the chairs rock all 4 of them. Still waiting for an answer with the company to see what they’re going to do about the chairs. Table was good

One of my chairs broke after only using it a few times. Now I have two chairs broken. The worse chairs I have ever had. The company has not returned my calls

For the most part this product is great and super easy to assemble (chairs are a little frustrating) but once everything was assembled it looks great and feels great. I gave it 4 stars because of the chairs not being able to assemble easily and the cup holders aren’t deep and made of plastic. If it was a little higher quality cup holder this would make it even better

The worst product I've ever purchased from Amazon. It was back ordered for two months, it didn't have instructions for assembly, we had to get them from the internet. The product parts were mislabeled and holes were not aligned properly. To top everything off, two chairs came with broken arms. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! Amazon offered no discount for this nightmare, and I had to contact the manufacturer to replace the chairs.

Table is great. Reviews about the chairs are accurate. There is a design flaw. 2 of the 4 chairs had legs break/fall off within 15 minutes of putting together. One chair had a tear in the vinyl backing. We contacted the manufacturer and they were willing to replace the chairs but we declined as that would only mean more broken chairs. We contacted amazon and their service was incredible!!!! They offered to either pick up the whole set or provide a discount. I’ve never experienced such great service with no hassle, easy peasy. So while the product didn’t meet our satisfaction the service from Amazon surpassed it! This event has sold me on dealing with Amazon as our primary shopping channel!!

Beautiful table set but unfortunately some holes were drilled improperly and had some defective parts that’s resulted in a broken chair and a wobbly wheel. Have had to return for replacement hoping that next shipment is in good condition
