When I first opened them up I was a little disappointed. They aren’t as nice as other abs straps I have used. But for home use, for this price point they are right on. Work great! Would definitely recommend!

Some the reviews said it is adjustable - it is not. I could make it shorter by wrapping a loop around the bar, but can't make it longer/lower.That said, it is fine for me - 6'0". If you have longer upper arms or a longer neck than average, this might not work for you.Material seems sturdy. Works as intended.

After using them for a while, I have some mixed feelings about their comfort and overall quality.The Hawk Sports Ab Straps are comfortable enough, but they don't quite reach the level of comfort that I would consider exceptional. During my workouts, I didn't experience any major discomfort or irritation, but there were moments when I wished for a bit more padding or cushioning. If you're planning on using these for extended periods, you might find them a tad less plush than you'd prefer.On the positive side, these straps are undoubtedly durable, especially when you consider their affordable price. They held up well during intense ab workouts, and I didn't notice any signs of wear and tear after multiple sessions. So, in terms of longevity, they definitely deliver value for the money.I do believe that they are worth what you pay for them. They offer solid performance and durability for a reasonable cost, making them a good budget-friendly option for anyone looking to add ab straps to their workout routine.My only gripe with these straps is the quality of the material. Before buying, I read all the reviews. Some good, some not so good and I was skeptical that something this inexpensive could fill my requirements. I am 6 foot 1 inches and 250 pounds. I have now had them for a week and use them for a few minutes about 5 times a day. Enough time to do a couple of sets of knee raises. Small steps... For me, the length is perfect (true they are not adjustable) and are very comfortable for hanging 250 pounds on your triceps. Very strong and well manufactured. Don't know why all the bad reviews. Take it all with a grain of salt. I'm very pleased!
