This worked well for a chinchilla. When I babysit the pet, he is in a small cage. Having the hay and pellets together gave the chinchilla more room.

I like that you can put feed and hay in this. I hang mine over the litter box so she can eat and use the bathroom at the same time. I have it setting low and sometimes she poos in the feed box... not sure how or why lol otherwise this is perfect
