Installed this on the 2007 Chevy dually diesel. It comes on anywhere from 202 to 208 degrees and cools usually to 191 degrees. The old one 218 to 224 degrees to 196???Thank you, JK

This one was the correct fit ordered one a year ago by the time I was ready to install I save parts until I'm ready to install to make sure I have all parts this was for a 2500 HD Chevy but not a 3500 HD Chevy first one too short missed return date this one that I ordered perfect fit correct one for the Chevy 3500 HD works good perfect fit as of now working fantastic but time will tell and only order AC parts for Chevys and manufacturer well worth it or dayco

Solved heating problems on my 07 Duramax when pulling hard in hot temps, can hear cooling fan come on (slight) while at cruising speed.

This made a huge difference on my truck. I regularly pull an 8 mile 7 percent grade and the old fan rarely engaged. I can hear this kick on early and it hasn't over heated since. I did change thermostats while there and did wash out the fins on the radiator while it was out. It wasn't particularly dirty but it is something to check. Recommend a new serpentine belt while it is all apart as well.

Maybe this is a faulty fan but it never will engage tried for several days but was worse than the old fan already on the truck. Box had a previous return label on it when shipped to us. If all the fans they sell are this way it will overheat engine very quickly due to never engaging in any temp. Wish there was a way to send this product back.

I installed the fan clutch a month ago and so far seem better than the noisy stock unit when cold. I guess I will have to pass judgement on how it performs when it's hot and I'm towing. So far so good and the price is right!
