They are brake pads and from what I've read they are highly recommended. But no brake hardware, you can get it from AutoZone. Just annoying.

'92 Miata had some sort of "lifetime" metallic brake pads on it when I bought it. Hawk street pads are a fantastic upgrade. They are predictable, provide superior braking, hot, cold, wet or dry, and I have noticed no fade or dusting in street use. Great street pad.
