This is made of good quality material and fits perfectly as described. Oddly we had a new Whirlpool Dishwasher installed on top of it. The brand new dishwasher was manufactured in Mexico, then crushed, then placed in a good box and shipped. Our trustworthy plumber said the logic board had been crushed. So, as this dishwasher was malfunctioning, it was also leaking. This Pro Dishwasher Drain Pan made me aware of it thank goodness. It was out of the box for exactly one day when I went to return the dishwasher to Best Buy, and they refused (this is typical of Whirlpool). I called corporate after being told NO by Best Buy. They promised a refund. This matt saved my newly remodeled kitchen floor from being damaged, AND I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

We had a MASSIVE kitchen reno done recently because of a leaking dishwasher that went unnoticed until it was VERY bad. I’m talking cracking floor tiles, spongy subfloor, and lots of black mold. Disgusting and a very expensive job to fix. We got this to put under our new dishwasher simply as a peace of mind to signal us if there is ever a leak again. It arrived unbent and fits perfectly. It’s so much easier to fix something if you catch it early, and this will help keep this disaster from happening again in our new kitchen.

Works well, but not if your dishwasher spot is very narrow (doesn't squeeze in easy) or if floor is uneven. We had a dishwasher apocalypse and this would have been good if was in place BEFORE the leaks happened. Afterwards, the floor was too warped to get it in spot.We never installed it under new dishwasher (fingers crossed) so now we use it under things we need to move, slide or to protect the floor temporarily.

Not much to say really. I guess if it cracks or leaks later I may have something to really complain about.It would have been better if instead of it being 24 x 20-1/2 it had 24 x a few inches more. That way it would have easily came out to the edge of the cabinet and overlaid the linoleum flooring to better prevent leaks from seeping under the linoleum. But then, there are easy workarounds for that.

This tray showed up all warped, like others mentioned. I decided to place a 40lb weight on it to try to flatten it out. As you tell in the picture it can not get fully flush to the ground. My thought, in an event of a failure, this tray should still channel the water to the front of the dishwasher, so I can detect the leak. Would recommend to look at other options. The plastic was study and not brittle at all, which is a plus. But wish it was truly flat

You need this under your dishwasher! This fit perfectly under my dishwasher and now I have peace of mind that if the dishwasher leaked the water will run out the front so I know about it instead of soaking the floor underneath and causing damage. I highly recommend buying this!

The dishwasher pan arrived approximately 4 weeks late. The package box was not damaged but the pan was out of form and warped - would not lay flat on the floor. Attempted to bend it back in shape by laying weights on the warped portion but as soon as you remove the weights it warped right back. When the new dishwasher was delivered by the installers, they stated they could not install the new dishwasher because the warp would not clear the bottom of the dishwasher. Wasted time, scheduling and money.

Bought this AFTER my dishwasher leaked. Having this would have meant the small leak would have been noticed before it spread under my cabinets & vinyl flooring because it is designed to direct the leaking water to the door where you’d notice it via wet toes.
