Was easily installed at looks nice.. only thing is the battery pack for the lights was so heavy it makes canopy hang side ways...I may try to put battery pack in center of canopy if I can make lights work out right

didnt come with a hook to hang it from the ceiling. it would have been nice if the packaging or Amazon listing stated this. we got this for my 5 year old daughter and she loves it. the lights would be better with an auto-off function to conserve battery. Also, its a little too long and touches the floor which ordinarily would be fine, but it gets stuck on our robot vacuum. so we lift it up a bit onto the bed and its no problem. nice product

Very pretty and my 8-year old granddaughter loves it. The directions were clear. and it was not hard to assemble once the hook was installed.

Does not hang straightCheap piece of crapShould have returned it when I first got it. Not worth $20 less $75 complete rip off. I will cut my losses its in the trash.

I received my order without the lights so i called customer service and they were able to shipped the missing item to me in a promptly matter.

I got this as a gift from my baby shower to go over our daughters crib….. it’s Missing pieces, the box has previously been open and has someone else’s name and shipping address in a different state than my cousin and I live in. Once we finally set it up it’s missing the lights and it’s out of the return window. Would not recommend…. It’s okay expensive and wish we could’ve used it.
