Looks good, feels ok, handle is skinny. The biggest issue is it was completely DEAD out of the box, it doesn't power on, or work at all.Bottom line, buy something else.

This heat gun actually came in handy to dry some clean water that had soaked in to my car seat. The "duck bill" like attachment spread the heat out nice and evenly across the seat, and I was able to slowly dry the fabric without damaging the seat.Great tool with useful nozzle attachments!

I have very little experience with heat guns, but I know I'll need one down the road for some hobby work, so I thought this would be a good option. Turns out I was using it earlier than expected, as my wife had a hot-glue mess she needed taken care of. This heat gun was able to melt the hot glue off of the thing she needed cleaned in a matter of a few minutes. Worked like a charm. I didn't try to test the temperature or anything, but I was perfectly satisfied that it got hot.The size and shape of the gun are very similar to my DeWalt drill, so a similar hanging/storage option works as well.The only negative I can see at this point is that the accessories feel very cheap and flimsy. That may be unavoidable, as they need to be metal that can cool off quickly, so I'm not taking off a star for it, but it was still disappointing.

Ok its a heat gun, so I'm not going to extoll the virtues of the color or size. but what I did like was two things.1. It heats quickly, so from on to ready to use is a short time.2. The flat back makes it hands free. I was a little skeptical that it would really stand up on its own in use but it works. being able to just turn it one and set in on the work bench and use two hands if needed makes it nice.I did about 2 dozen self sealing solder splices with the heat gun. Having it just sit there and being able to use both hands to keep the splices in the right spot while the solder melted was much easier than my old heat gun.
