Have had no problems in the working of this heat tape. Has kept my pipes from freezing all winter. would buy again.

Unfortunately, spent an hour and a half unraveling it and taping it with foil tape to a hose and it did not end up working though it’s plugged in and the plug lights up orange to show that it has power, no heat is coming from it thus is considered and rendered useless. What a waste of money and time.

Working good so far. Will report back later. Note they only come on when the sensor detects its freezing out. make sure your sensor is in the cold so it will come on.

This item looks like it works, the orange light comes on at the plug, but even below zero it does not warm up, it shows zero watts drawn, it does not do anything. I found this out after installing it and assumed it would function, now I have to remove it to return it and do all the work over again.. :(

This product is great and a good price. It's definitely gotten it's workout with it only being 4°f outside right now. Water hasn't frozen once.

Exactly what I hoped! Very heavy duty, great quality and I'm glad I got these. Definitely going to worry much less about frozen lines.

Heat tape stopped working. Installed less than a month ago. Had water pipes freeze in barn. Apparently, return window closed on January 31 st. How convenient. Do not purchase

This has worked fantastic for us! It has kept our water line thawed whit temperatures as low as -8.
