This is for a dialysis patient who also suffers from a blood disease that affects the production of essential parts of the blood making the person get cold very easy, weight loss due to disease and ongoing chemotherapy for the remaining lifetime as well as the effects of renal (kidney) failure/hemo-dialysis on top of blood disease .The blanket is very soft and the perfect size for a throw... Not too big/bulky nor too small. The user is well pleased with it.

i like my new heating blanket.it's so cozy and warm.i really love it; it's soft white sherpa fabric on the inside and soft flannel on the outside.You can set it for up to 8 hours at a time.it turns off automatically for the time you choose.it feels much better and nicer than the other heating blanket i have.Also the electric plug is not as heavy as on the other one.it is nicely sewn and nicely made, beautiful.it keeps me warm this winter when the nights are a little bit warmer and when it's too hot for my down/feather blanket.i definitely give it 5 stars.i hope this review is helpful.Sabiene :)

It’s super soft! I’ve had other heated throws at this price range and this one has the best quality fabric, especially the sherpa side. The wiring feels lighter than my last one by Sunbeam. This one does warn it has a safety feature that can permanently disable the blanket, I will update if that triggers. The controls were intuitive including setting the temp and timer. It heats up fine, perfect temp for me. I look forward to having this by my home office chair for winter!

I bought this and got it in the mail quick however after just 2 days If using it on a cold mn day for a few hours it stopped working the remote lit up but blanket never heated up. I tried doing the technical things unplug and plug back in and tried a different outlit but nothing. It’s now sitting on my other sucky blanket lists
