****UPDATE from my previous review is now a 5 STAR! My issues were resolved! Took awhile for Customer service to contact me but when they did they went above my expectations. GREAT communication was had by email & reassured my problem would be fixed. New battery was sent to replace defective one & jacket is loved by my son.THANK YOU!!!!!**********************************************************2stars given as no reply on issue but like the jacket. Would give better rating if was able to try the jacket when working. Like the jacket but received with defective battery. Emailed company and no reply. Like the style of jacket but was hoping not to have to return but no good with no battery. Will try again or return will have to happen.

Purchased this for my husband because he's always cold. He loves it! The battery lasts for about an hour on the highest setting - not too bad. We're contemplating buying a spare battery for extended outdoor time.

I loved loved loved this jacket for the heating elements in the sleeves. This was one of my go toos unless i just had another needing tested. Loved this thing. And then the elements on the arms just started getting less and less warm. Even sitting in my tempature controlled house i could barely feel any heat coming from them. Super sad. This thing was amazing while it lasted and the elemwnts in the arms are what made it stand out from most.

The jacket works really good. I used it for deer hunting this week. The temperature was in the teens and it definitely kept me warm

This jacket is a little heavier than I expected, but it works great! I got about 3 hours on high, but I probably won't use the high setting very often. Low gives a pretty comfortable warmth when just the jacket isn't quite enough. I would prefer if the heat zone was spread out a little more, but it's still pretty good as is. Lots of pockets and the hood is a good touch. I was skeptical, but it's like wearing an electric blanket.

This jacket is very European I guess, in that the zipper is on the wrong side and the hood is giving slightly feminine vibes, but it's comfortable and warm so who cares? The battery pack is about average I guess; my fiancé has a heated vest with a similar size battery. It's kinda weird at first because it weighs down the left corner of the jacket, but you get used to it quickly. The heating modes do work, but I also noticed the jacket was baggy enough that you didn't normally feel the wires unless you pushed the jacket to your chest or something - otherwise you just feel the warmth radiating from the jacket. It came with a bag and a flag patch, which honestly I probably won't use either. It works, it's comfy and warm, it's a decently nice jacket, but even so... It's not going to replace my favorite, non-heated jacket.

This jacket is quite interesting. It is a warm Fall solution all on its own without the heaters. It fits to size with a little room to spare. With the hood up and its fleece design it is warm on a cool day. Pockets!! Its got Pockets!! On the front right side you have a slash-pocket, a sleeve pocket and a main side pocket. All zippered. On the left side, another sleeve pocket and the main side pocket. Inside on the left, a large cellphone pocket and the battery pocket.The battery is quite heavy duty. I haven't run it dry yet, but it seems to have good life. And you can buy extra batteries.It takes 5 minutes or so to really notice the heat (faster if you are indoors, but that's not the point!). I noticed primarily the front chest warming. That is nice because it also warms the pockets where you put your hands. Nice hand warming extra! You can set different levels of heat. I'd stick on high.I run warm normally so this would do me into the early winter. Still, in really cold weather this would have to be an 'under layer'.I like that it comes in a sturdy carrying pouch. I think that makes it an excellent thing to pack in the car for emergencies.It was listed at $274 when I ordered, making it rather expensive. I see that today (Oct 14/24) it is listed at $150 - $10 coupon, which is a nice price. At that price, and given the good quality, I'd call it a bargain!

Hello everyone reading this review I just accidentally erased my already written article about this amazing jacket so hope i will do it justice now, So i received the product in sizing 3xl that was the largest offered and I'm glad I chose one size up because I like looser or baggier clothing anyway it came packaged nicely in a small material tote i guess you can say and it included a battery for the jacket as well as a patch or flag of America because there is a velcro area on one of the arm sleeves and lets you personalize your new jacket with a name tag or patch etc.. Now i love the warmth this fleece jacket already puts out and when you use the added 6 sown in heating coils in the jacket it makes you toasty very very hot that makes this great for outdoors people or anyone living in colder climates i personally reccomend this as a gift to loved ones that seem to always be cold if you know what I mean. I advise to fully charge the portable battery before first use and i promise you will be a toasty happy camper wearing this fleece jacket that I recommend to all that like to be warm in those cold days in my opinion if your a bit larger person then maybe size up also there are 3 temperature settings on the jacket controlled by pressing the white button on the left breast area so thank you for reading and hope you enjoy your new purchase as will I.

To preface this it works great, the battery pack it comes with is 16000mah and has a digital readout and also allows you to charge other devices off of it, the jacket is more of a sweater than a jacket, and it's warm once it heats up. Easy to use, and lots of zippered pockets.However, it appears that a large costs around $250CAD which is too much money. I have a heated sweater made by that same brand as my power tools so I have swappable batteries for it and it was about half the cost of this and it looks nicer, is warmer without the heat on and other than for this having a larger and better shaped battery it's better in every way. So overall at that price I can't recommend this.The large size fits well, I am between a medium and large in sweaters and jackets and this fits about how a large would fit. The fit is nice, because of the heating pads in it, it is structured so to me it looks nicer than a baggy jacket or sweater. I'm not a fan of the outside material, it's similar to the felt side of velcro, I would've preferred a water resistance jacket like material on the outside. Heating works well, it takes a little bit to heat up but it's pretty even heat. The battery pocket is on the left front inside, it has a zipper and uses a barrel plug that goes into the battery, so you won't be able to use any portable battery without an adapter.If it was cheaper I would recommend this as a heated sweater as usually i associate jackets with being thicker and generally water or wind resistant, this is neither.
