The coat arrived on time, as expected. Upon arrival, I was shocked when I opened the box; I thought I had received the wrong shipment because it came in a high-quality hard-shell suitcase. I ordered a size medium, and I am 5 foot 4 and 147 lbs, and the fit was perfect. It has nice pockets and is very warm without heating the coat. The battery is very easy to charge and assemble inside the coat. I like the style of the coat, and it works well for the profession in which I am employed.

Even without heater on this is a super warm coat. Fit is great, good value for not freezing! Seems well made. I have not used the heat yet. It’s so warm by itself I didn’t need it. I thought it was a great value.

I bought this jacket and then put it away in the closet.....until today....the first snowfall. OH MY GOODNESS I'm never going back to a jacket that is not heated. I absolutely hate the winter cold, but I feel like this year I can brave it because of this jacket.It should be noted that this jacket DOES come with a battery pack (which a lot of them don't) so that was a really nice bonus that I didn't realize.I am 5' 4" and I weigh 110 lbs and this jacket fit me just like I like (slightly oversized so I can wear a sweater underneath). It goes down to my mid shin. The coat itself is warm, even with the heat off.I like that you can control the back and front of the coat separately, I like the back of the coat a little cooler and the front on high heat. It warms up very quick - at work I turn it on in my office when I'm walking out and it is already warming up by the time I get to my car.The quality seems to be pretty good as well - the jacket is thick and warm and well constructed.I would highly recommend this coat!

I gave 3 stars for the coat, the battery didn't even last an hour before I had to charge it. That was the main reason for the purchase. Must do better.

Battery pack for heating—no directions for it so make sure to not just unplug from usb but turn off on the side of battery pack
