This is actually my favorite possession. I work nights and come home at 6am, when is it very cold. I turn the mattress heater on first thing, then change for bed and lay down, and by then all my blankets have warmed up and it is the most amazing feeling. I have washed it over a dozen times and it still works perfectly. I prefer the lowest setting, it is warm and incredibly comfortable, but it does have thr ability to get very hot if you turn it up higher. Unbelievable value for the price, I will recommend this product forever

I purchased this to replace my 30+ y/o Cannon heated mattress pad which was starting to go out. I researched and read many reviews before trying this one. While I've only been using it for a week, I am very satisfied thus far.Pros:The cover is very soft which minimizes the feel of the wires.The cords are long enough on both sides. I didn't have a problem plugging into the bottom of the pad, accessing a wall outlet or positioning the controller.The cord plugs in at the bottom, on top of the mattress pad. I don't feel it but that could be because I'm on the vertically challenged side.The directions on how to operate the controller were very clear. It is simple to use.The pad heats up the whole side, not just parts. It heats very, very quickly.Cons:My only issue is it gets very warm on number 1. I actually consider that a good thing but my spouse winds up moving the covers if he gets too warm. I don't mind because I tend to stay cold in the winter.So far I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I had bought this in the summer so I didn’t use it much, but I wanted to be prepared for the winter and boy am I glad I bought it early. I have a mattress topper so I put it underneath and the heat manages to penetrate through. When I first turned it on it wasn’t as hot as I expected because the previous one ran so hot I was never cold (and Buffalo winters are cruel so this was a life saver after my other one crapped out on me).Super functional, very easy to use and the turn on turn off option is great. I don’t like that it flashes after it turns off though. It can get annoying especially when it’s dark. But after putting in a night light it’s barely noticeable. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but if flashing light annoys you, I wouldn’t get it. It’s super soft, covers the ENTIRE mattress so if I think if you get the wrong size, it will still manage to cover it because of how deep it is.

I turn it on about 30 minutes before going to bed and shut it off when I get in bed. Love getting into a warm bed during cold weather, just wish I had gotten it sooner! It is super soft and fluffy, I would totally recommend!!!

I can't believe how soft this pad is! It is a shame to cover it with sheets! The fit is fantastic. The cords are long enough. The controller is easy to use. Heats quickly. So cozy! Only negative is that it doesn't truly shut off at the end of the timer. It counts down to zero, then flashes 0 until you actually hit the off button. No heat, but not technically off either. But I love it and will get another for the spare room.

I LOVE this matress pad so much!!! My best friend has a different kind on her bed and when I puppy sit for her I get to sleep in her bed which was my first experience with a mattress pad….I’ve always had an electric blanket but this is so much better…as soon as I saw the picture of the pad I knew this was the one I wanted and I was right, it’s so soft that you wanna sleep on it without a sheet on top, but what I like most is it heats up immediately and I can’t turn it higher than 1 it’s just too hot any higher…my friends pad has to be turned up above 6 to really feel it and just because I’m a little paranoid with the awesome sale a couple of weeks ago I got a spare just in case so I wouldn’t ever be without it!!! I would recommend this to everyone!!!

Works like a charm. It fits my 15 inch mattress perfectly. It seems very durable. The heat is just perfect for a Canadian winter. Easy to setup. It's super soft. Good price. I would definitely buy this again.

Come on, guys! This is definitely a household item worth buying. Especially in Canada, in such a cold season, no matter what the temperature outside is, you can set this thing to the temperature you want before going to bed to keep warm. Then you can choose to keep it on all night or set the temperature to 4 or 5 for an hour or two to help you fall asleep.It is especially suitable for families with elderly people. It is easy to operate and can be set with one button (the temperature level and time you set last time).

I have only used it one night. It is comfortable. It is hot! I started on 4. Then 3, 2 and 1. On 1 it was surprisingly warm! Too warm for my dog even! But just right for me. It helps with my chronic pain.Weeks later and I am still loving this mattress pad! It has made getting into bed such a pleasure. It does not make me sweat at all as the heat is under me and not over. So glad I bought this!Update...I have recommended this to a few people and they absolutely love it! I am still enjoying it, too.MORE THAN A YEAR LATER...I am still loving this cover and still recommending it to everyone!

The blanket works well, lovely and warm but only warms up in the centre of the product. Not sure why it is not heating up at the top and feet end( most important for me) !!
