I haven't taken off my vest since I got it. I am so pleased. The heating elements warm up almost instantaneously and keep my absolutely comfortable while I'm working in -30 below. The material is light weight and I don't overheat or get sweaty at all from working and being in a colder climate. If I could lose my bedding and sleep in all my thermal gear I would.

Usually I order a large and end up finding that I need a medium. Not so with this brand, the large barely fits. Warm and comfortable otherwise.

Use this vest to walk my dogs daily. No need for a heavy coat when the I have the heat on. Fits perfect.

Initially, this product seemed GREAT!!! However after just a couple wears, I noticed that the seam above the left pocket was giving out. Not a huge deal. But within the last week, my hood will not reconnect to the heat after being removed, the battery appears to be connecting to the heating element even with the vest turned off resulting in a “hot rubber†smell and the battery life has diminished going from completely full to completely dead after 4ish hours on medium. Customer service did apologize for the seam issue and offered a $5 refund and I deal with the seam myself, but completely ignored the battery/vest issues. Overall, find a better product. This is not made for longevity

Fits true to size! (Not too long) Easy operation for turning on and cycling through the different heat cycles. Battery comes fully charged!

This is one powerful, well made heated vest. I just love it. Gets hot and stays hot. Almost had to turn it down, but I love being warm and cozy. THe adapter plug was a little tight going in and I didn't want to break it, but maybe its just stiff because it's new. Great product and nice welcome letter from the sellers is a nice customer service touch. Would definately recommend.

I absolutely love this vest. I’m always cold and it’s the perfect weight to layer under most of my jackets. On low it provides just a constant warmth without being too hot. I love the option of having a hood or not.My only complaint is the fitting style for the power bank should be more universal to use different power if needed. I do find the one it came with somewhat bulky behind the pocket and I think that feature could have been done better. I have ordered an adapter to hopefully be able to use a slimmer power bank to solve that problem and just have the factory one for backup.

1st 1 was defective (can happen with anything) sent it back for refund looked around then ordered it again. Came fast. Appearance (like the 1st)top notch. Charged the battery and turned it on. Heated up fast and evenly. Proved consistent heat when needed. Comfortable light weight snug but not tight (perfect fit) non restrictive. She wears it daily and uses the heat often. I'd order again. I'd recommend to anyone who has trouble keeping warm

I bought one vest in December and loved it. The only problem os the charging cable no longer works and the zipper has gotten so stiff sometimes I wonder how I’m going to get out of it. Contacted Amazon and got a full refund. I ordered a new one and was so excited when received it the only big problem is it’s been used. Not in packaging, no tags in it, smells of detergent and there is no charging cable. So how the heck am I supposed to charge it and in all honestly I don’t wan’t a vest that has already been worn and washed by someone I don’t know. I have searched for a way to contact someone about it to explain but there is no contact seller option at all. I will be returning it and ordering a new one in hopes that the new one has no issues. Because of this experience I can only give a one star. Maybe I can give a different rating IF I can get one with no issues and is not previously used.

I' m not satisfied with the vest, Amazon won't refund the money because I was 2 days late letting them know about the problem.
