I am not crazy about all the wires. It takes a good 10 minutes to get everything plugged in before I can even go into the freezer at work. My boss does not like that non-productive time. The package does not include a battery, and all of the pieces connect together with supplied wires. Depending on the battery I use for this, the whole set can stay on for 20 minutes to almost an hour. It is warm, but I am having a hard time convincing myself that I should take the time to wire myself up each time.

This looks really nice and like it will work well. I wear a large shirt so ordered up to have room. The XL was tight around my hips. So size up for your regular size and go up twice for a roomy fit.Each piece will need its own battery pack which are not included. It does include all the USB type cords needed. The vest is lined in shiny heat retaining material.It say you can wash it if you remove something first but I just didn’t see what they were referring to. I don’t think I’ll wash it.

Not only does everything have to be connected it didn’t come with a battery pack. Which you will need two packs to be able to plug everything in.
