I got this for my mother omg what a let down doesn't warm like at all no matter what I do. And not the battery pack because I had to buy that separately to. Charger cell can charge my cell 6 times before it dies but can barely warm the jacket for maybe 2 hours max. Would return but xmas gift and got it over return window. Just know this was a collosel Waist of money. Poorly made super thin no instructions had to watch videos helped no way at all. And it the warming coils are not working correctly. Suppose to heat not add weight . Useless .

I ordered two vests. One work as should but the other one has a issue. The buttons stick . Takes forever to turn on . Then shuts off .

Bought 2 5v2.0 batteries to use with this in a medium size. 5'6 100lb it was to large, but the biggest disappointment was it only heated the neck and back fairly warm through 2 light and 1 medium shirts. No heat on the shoulders and only heat on stomach in front-not from stomach to near shoulders as pictured. Used it for over an hour so know the shoulders never heated up. Bought at $49.99 and today even being $10 less is not worth the money.Does state you get higher temps with 7.4v batteries, but not that heat zones would be less with 5v.

This product is cheaply made and don't work at all. Press the on button and light comes on then goes right back out . Even after changing it. Don't purchase this .

How do I rate it zero stars? Never could get the thing to work at all! No matter how long I charge it, it doesn’t work and I’m highly disappointed because it was a Christmas gift to my husband.

Purchased 5 of these jackets for Christmas. 4 out of 5 malfunctioned right out of the package. The power buttons are practically stuck. It is nearly impossible to adjust the heat settings on all of them.

At the highest setting it may have gotten to 40C. The push buttons to control the temp seemed as if they might last a season. The product ran a bit small.
