The vest does not come with a battery pack, but I knew that before I ordered it and it is less expensive than others that come with the battery. I prefer using my own battery and I can rotate through multiple batteries, so this was a good option for me.I really like the fit of the vest, At first I had trouble with the. Controls, but it is important to read the directions because they are not intuitive. Once I read them and changed how I tried to turn it on, it worked great!

I bought the med. To fit over a hoody and another shirt for hunting and it fits perfectly! I love it, I just wish it came with a battery pack. The one I bought doesn't last long, and sucks the life. Nothing like 6 or 7 hours of heat and I bought the high end battery! I wish it had sleeves to keep my arms warm. I will definitely wear it after hunting season!

I had thoracic outlet syndrome surgery, so I was looking for specific vest that cover the shoulder from front bone to back bone, close to the neck and heated the trap muscles from bone to bone and unfortunately, this device did not do that for me. This is a good best if you are looking for something to keep you warm, but for me, I needed it for medical reasons. If I do not have all the places that I mentioned warm, my body will go into a full body tremor and there is nothing I can do about them so I needed a good heating vest. I do think this would work for others though, and it was super soft. I will give that. I wish it would’ve worked for me because it was super warm. The fit was great. The weight was super light the functionality of it super easy comfort fantastic And the value for the money you can’t beat the price on this. Like I said, this would be a good vest for somebody who did not need it for medical reasons but for me it just did not work out.
