I am new to sourdough bread making and have already felt the frustrations of my bread not rising, especially in these winter months. We keep our house temp low so my sourdough has trouble rising and proofing but this basket has changed that for me. It keeps my dough warm so it can proof and now I don't have to worry about sticking it in the microwave to try and keep it warm. The kit came with everything I "knead" to get started making sourdough. It is great for any sourdough beginner.

I love this silicone bowl with heating! I use it for bread, and it’s perfect for allowing the dough to rise because it maintains a constant temperature. The set also includes a brush and a special blade for creating designs on the bread — such a great addition! The only thing is, I might order a slightly larger size next time, but overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.
