I have the 6 foot version of this chain and along with a strong lock or 2 it makes for a flexible and secure way to keep my e-bike from going AWOL. I have a good folding combination lock as well as a combo padlock set to the same number. I use the folding lock to secure the back wheel and the chain to attach the bike to a fixed item like a post, bike rack or eyebolt. The chain itself is high quality and hefty without being too heavy to haul around. The fabric cover keeps the chain from scratching things like my bike or the rack. The big ring on one end enables me to form a loop to attach the chain to a post or utility pole that I can't get close to otherwise.

Very heavy duty chain covered with material. I bought the 10 foot chain and it works well for my needs. Lock comes separately so I had to purchase that.

The 3' chain was too short for my application, had to return for a refund. Word to the wise, order a longer chain if you have a big motorcycle.

This chain is NOT cut proof. Someone cut through it and I lost my $1,500 mountain bike. I recommend looking elsewhere!

We got this to keep our expensive cooler from "walking" away from our campsite/boondocking camp. So far, so good. We try to keep our campsite tidy and we figured out how to lock things down without it being "obvious" that we have anything pricey sitting outside.

I needed another alternative security chain to lock up my eBike for those quick stops. This product looks good enough I suppose and it features both a cinch ring and it’s lightweight which I like. Rather carry this chain than a heavier chain that’s 10-15lbs which I alreadyown hence why I am searching for an alternative. The security rating of this chain since it’s not mentioned anywhere but I would probably give it a 6. Probably higher if you use a very good lock. I have u-locks and padlocks I could use to go with this chain. I could go with a 7-8 security rating brand name chain but by doing it this way it is still cheaper in terms of value that does the same thing. I hope I’m not asking for my eBike to get stolen haha.
