This weight/dip belt is comfortable during use. The edges do not dig into your sides even when using heavy weights.The belt is well made and easy to use, attaching and detaching weights.

Use this for doing dips and pull-ups. It is comfortable to wear but also sturdy. Comes with 2 carabineers to hook and hang your weights. The length of the chain is adjustable with the carabineers. I am not sure about the weight capacity but I had no problem doing dips with 75lbs.

I like it. It feels sturdy and I’ve had no issues with the amount of weight I’m using on it so far. The only question I have is, how are you supposed to keep this on? I guess I had assumed there would be a front clasp to keep the belt on, but there’s not. So, unless you are doing an exercise that requires you to told your body forward, like a chest dip, this thing will fall right off! I went back and took a closer look at a bunch of other belts and found that they are all made this way. So I guess it’s me, I’m missing something. Luckily I had a large carabiner from a slack line I had from college (don’t judge me! We all had weird phases). I’m using that to clip the front shut so I can use it in other exercises too.

I got this for my husband’s Christmas gift. However the chain is rusty. It looks very bad. Have to replace or return. The belt is fine. Probably the product was in the warehouse for a long time.

This is a very RUGGED & WELL CONSTRUCTED dip belt with a hanging chain for additional weights. The chain is strong enough to carry additional weight (certainly for the weight I'm adding on). The stitching is solid and doesn't show any signs of fraying or coming apart. It's somewhat padded in the back, just enough to keep it from digging into your sides, which is nice since that would be an unnecessary distraction. Functions well, does exactly what it is intended for, and looks nice doing it...

Ottimo prodotto, classica cintura con catena che serve per aggiungere peso, tramite i dischi, che permettono l’aumento a step negli allenamenti.Io la uso principalmente per gli allenamenti di pull up e dips che sono predisposti particolarmente e bene a questa cintura.Tiene bene il peso ed i materiali sembrano di qualità .

J'utilise cette ceinture dans une salle de sport.La chaîne permet d'accrocher du lest (généralement des poids d'haltère).Elle est idéale pour augmenter la difficulté pour les tractions, dips et squats.Ceci permet de renforcer encore la musculature.Elle tient bien sur les hanches et a l'air de bonne qualité, que ce soit au niveau des coutures, des mousquetons ou des anneaux de la chaîne.

Den Dip-Gürtel habe ich bestellt, um das Gewicht bei Klimmzügen zu erhöhen.Das Anlegen ist sehr einfach und bei der Benutzung auch bequem. Nichts drückt oder ist unangenehm.Die Kette und die Karabinerhaken scheinen stabil zu sein. Getestet habe ich die maximale Beladung allerdings noch nicht.Ein perfektes Hilfsmittel für mein Training!

Hace bien su trabajo. Es cierto que no cargo mas de 20kg en el pero ayuda muchisimo como lastre para empujar, forzar a hacer sentadillas profundas estando elevado o para hacer dominadas.Esta realizado con fibras de buena calidad y las costuras se mantienen igual pese al uso de gimnasio casero.Por supuesto, la cadena se puede cambiar al igual que los mosquetones.

Lo he comparado con otros cinturones de mis colegas y este se siente mucho más firme con diferencia. La cadena negra se despintó en algunas partes en el primer mes de uso. El máximo peso que le he cargado son +60kg y sin problemas.
