The wife gave it to me for Christmas, use it to scrap up bacon gunk after cooking three pounds on my 36" Blackstone. Do yourself a favor and buy 50 grease pans here on Amazon as well, and a long handled small label. I throw away the foil trap pan, or let it cool and store in a ziploc in the fridge when it's full of clean bacon grease. The label is great for dipping into the foil grease trap on the back by just leaning over the griddle a bit but not burning yourself to get a bit of the hot grease to pour back over your bacon when the griddle gets a but dry, or to cook your eggs and hasbrowns in 😋😅.
