It's a very strong cable with the hook but the screws that it comes with I threw them away and use some of my other screws which I 500 lb Beast would not be able to break this the quality is great you can't go wrong my little beast will be subdued with this

These are a pretty simple large hanger rings. I am using them as clips to sometimes put up a shade sail on my deck when the afternoon sun if shining thru. I cannot say if it will hold the claimed weight, but me at 240 lbs was able to hang from each of them and not deflection, bending etc. I would trust it for a hammock or swing easily.Being 304 stainless I trust it will last decades before any rust occurs when used outdoors unless there is exposure to salt water, and if you keep a bit of paste wax on them they will slide the hangers smooth and stay rust free even longer.Of note if using on a stud wall the side holes are over 1.5 inches apart so I would center the top and bottom bolts. to the stud and then just drill in a few anchors to the sheathing or drywell on either side.

I used those hooks to hang a porch swing to a beam. It was straight forward task go install the hooks. I wasn’t sure on what case anchors could be used since specification is up to 1000lb.I’ve tested maximum weight I’ll be using (approx 360lbs) and it holds strong. I’m feel confident in this product and would recommend it
