This thing is beefy! Not like the tripods you get included with kits, this thing doesn’t bend at all. I have it extended nearly to my 8’ ceiling with a 85cm parabolic with the Neewer Cb60 and it has no issues. Great buy.

If you are trying to tape a game at the AAU or any level, THIS is the tripod. Please avoid the regular tripods that are so rickety that anything that hits is gets knocked over - and your sensitive items, with it.This equipment - originally equipped for lights - is sturdy, and would rather slide, than tip.As a Junior's volleyball coach - where the activity is unpredictable - it is ideal for seeing over crowds, which includes people who may be standing in front of your camera shot.

Good, stabile enough stand. Easy to function. Not super heavy so easy to carry

Got this to attach a tv antenna to when we go camping where there is no WiFi or cable. It’s tall and works perfect

I had high hopes for this light stand based on the description, but it fell short in one key area. Let’s start with the positives: the stand is sturdy and easy to adjust, and I like that it’s spring-cushioned for added safety when setting up or breaking down heavy lights. It’s also lightweight and folds up neatly for storage or travel, which is great for on-location shoots. However, one of the tension knobs that locks the height adjustment snapped off almost immediately—and not because of over-tightening or excessive weight. I was just securing it normally, and the plastic molding holding it on gave out and broke off (making the stand useless... I had to toss it). For a stand marketed as “heavy duty,†this was really disappointing.A reliable stand shouldn’t fail after just a few uses. I'm still giving it 3 stars because it seemed otherwise well-made. Hopefully my situation was a fluke.

For it's price it does the job and more. Very sturdy and the quality is above expectations. Especially considering the price!!! The telescopic pole is not that high, but I mounted a 20 feet tall antenna on it, placed it outside and it worked like a champ! Rock solid while there was quite some wind! Thinking about buying another one so I can fix a long wire antenna between the two. The price is a no-brainer!

CHECK THIS WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. I bought it once and i loved the stand. I bought the second one and it came rusted and broken. I didn't check it and only came to find out when I was out at an event. And I passed the return deadline because I placed blind trust. Now I cant return it. Yep I was dumb.No I didn't store it in any damp area or anything. IT just came broken and rusted like that.

The stand works well. For what I do it is a little too big but if you're doing photo shoots etc it's perfect height. I do action shots lower to the ground so the legs stick out too far. People fon't look when they walk by lol.

Received the stand and was very happy with the overall functionality and sturdiness. When I went to attach the camera “ball†roller it was broken. The stand still holds my light fine but it won’t support a camera or off camera flash.I’ve tried emailing and reaching their customer service. It’s been over 2 months and no answer. I wouldn’t recommend due to non existent customer service.
