I ordered 2 of these carts and they arrived today. Perhaps I should have read the descriptions better when I placed the order, as I expected all 4 wheels on each cart to be 360 swivel, but only 2 each are. Deeper into the text, it describes them as 2 swivel wheels. My misunderstanding.The directions are a very small print and scetchy. It looked like you should put the swivels on the back by the handle, though it looks like other carts picture the swivel wheels on the front. I presume it only matters if you prefer to push it, or pull it, but it would have been helpful for all 4 to be swivel. I’m currently looking online to find 4 more swivel wheels, perhaps with locks, so I can upgrade my 2 carts.The only other disappointment was the condition of the top trays. (Pictured here) Both had dents, one much worse than the other, but the one with less dents also had a scratch through the galvanized finish. These carts will be used to carry wet material, so I will have to coat the scratch with something so it doesn’t rust. A foam pad around the trays in shipping would have helped.ON THE POSITIVE side, they do seem like nicely built carts. Sturdy. I love that they are galvanized, and the wheels move easily and seem very supportive. Even with tiny instructions, and minimal building experience, I was able to figure out how to put the wheels on. (I was fortunate to have a socket wrench set on hand! EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!)At the time I ordered these carts, I didn’t find anything else that was a similar size and style. Overall, I think these will suit our needs very well.They were easy to unfold. I have not folded them up again yet.The top shelf is easy to take off and put on. The cart can be used without the top shelf if you want.

The cart is great. Wish all 4 wheels were swivel. They sometimes feel a stiff and makes moving it not so smooth. It's great for watering and moving plants.

Should realize that the top shelf is pretty low! Expected the shelf to at least be decent height but I guess you get what you pay for. Even though it has quick assembly, the height makes it difficult to use as a cart.

I ordered this for carting around heavy boxes and decor on event days (I’m an event designer) and am really pleased with this dolly so far.The only thing that caused some frustration was the way it arrived. The wheels need to be assembled on to the dolly - which is totally fine. But I’m not sure why the screws and hex nuts had to come affixed tightly to the dolly already. Usually, these come in a separate bag for you to assemble. Instead, you have to unscrew everything from the dolly first, add the wheels, and then screw it all back on. Because they were screwed on super tight and I had the misfortune of misplacing my actual wrench, I had to make do with a flimsy small wrench that had been provided free in the box for assembling another furniture item I’d purchased recently. (No such wrench was provided with this dolly. So you will want to have one on hand if you order this item.) Since the wrench I had was so lousy and ill-fitting, it took me 20 minutes just to unscrew everything and get the wheels on. It might be much quicker if you have proper tools on hand, or the correct size drill attachment.Once assembled, the dolly was pretty much perfect and just what I needed. It handles well and wheels very smoothly, even though only 2 of the wheels are 360 degrees. I’ve had no issues going up and down significant slopes as well.I really like the removable top shelf. I don’t need it all the time - especially when I want to stack items higher on the dolly. But when I want a second tier, it only takes a few seconds to add it in. The top shelf feels sturdy - and is especially helpful when I need to wheel things around to style wedding reception tables, since the height of the shelf makes it easier to grab decor, flatware, napkins, place cards, florals, and so forth without needing to bend over so much.When not in use, the dolly folds down quickly and relatively smoothly. The tray fits between the folded handlebar and the flatbed, making everything compact for tucking away.It is sturdy and durable, and sufficiently weighted. Yet, it is not too heavy for a petite woman under 100 lbs like me to lift up and shove into the back of my car.Would recommend!
