3 star rating because:- no hole pattern listed. This was not a compatible hole pattern to my harbor freight 50ft air hose reel. My part number is 69265, different from another reviewer that said it fit his. I guess HFT may have changed their reel. This wasn't the end of the world as I was able to drill holes that work with my reel, but I would have looked further if there was a hole pattern listed on this ad.- super slow shipping - this took 8 days to get to me. Maybe I'm just spoiled with Prime shipping, but that seems like a long time.Those are the only cons though. This is a very high quality item at an incredibly fair price. I believe this will suit my needs for many years to come.By the way - mine came with oval shaped mounting holes that were about 4" apart side to side. You have some play vertically since they're oval shaped, but your hose reel needs to be spaced 4" apart side to side.

It was a heavy duty and well- built swivel mount but despite other reviews saying it fits, it does NOT fit Harbor Freight 50’ x3/8†Central Pneumatic Hose Reels 93897, 69265, 62344, 64685, 46320. Too bad the manufacturer can’t provide the bolt pattern so folks know what it will fit and what it won’t.
