This thing is built like a tank. Silicone inlay with a hard metallic outer layer. It adds a little bit of bulk to the already bulky keys but I find no issue with it. I'll feel a lot better swinging these around while working now they are protected.The only "issue" I have is that you need a screwdriver to remove the fob from the protective case. In a case where I need to access the physical key I'll need to source a screwdriver. Super small complaint.

A bit heavier than a normal key fob, but it’s very stylish and durable. It covers the fob completely and even comes with extra screws for the case.

Tank armor might be a little too much. Rugged, might a better word, but this is a very heavy duty and bulky case. It really does add noticeable weight and bulkiness, especially if you have a lot of keys on your ring. For someone like myself, who does alot of outdoor & garage work, I have gone through my share of key fobs. That was when they were $50-$100 a pop. The replacement cost for the key fob for my new vehicle is about $400.This cover gives me alot of self assurance that I won't damage it by lack of protection. Well worth the money.I'm very satisfied with this and it looks rugged too.
