This is a sturdy piece of metal, well built and great ideal.However I couldn't get it to adjust normal house style doors. I am not sure if I got the wrong one, user error or it just doesn't work as intended. My opinion is its not worth the investment.

One of the double steel commercial doors on our church was rubbing the other door. This tool quickly fixed the problem. I selected this particular tool because it has 2 sizes, one on each end. I figured it would be a good tool to have around for future use on other doors. This is a solid, heavy, steel tool. Very basic in design and perfect for its intended use. Genius.

This is a must have tool for all the handymen out there. Makes an already easy job of fixing bend hinges even easier. A+ in my book and I bend a lot of hinges. So this is a professional opinion.

I really wanted this to work.At first I was very surprised how big it was. Somehow I was expecting something smaller.I've used the smaller adjustable hinge wrench just fine, so thought I'd try this because the reviews were so great.Wrong.So I know what I'm doing, but this thing doesn't slide over regular hinges easily, Even tho it has 2 different sizes.I guess it's purely for commercial doors.But even on those, it doesn't fit well over the hinge.Because there's the door frame to consider, and it's in the way.When I did eventually get it to fit over a hinge, which way to pull?With the adjustable wrench you adjust each knuckle individually, because each knuckle needs bending in opposite directions.With this tool, you bend ALL knuckles the same way. How on earth does that achieve anything.The door knuckles typically need adjusting away from the frame, and the frame knuckles need adjusting away from the door.I'm stumped how they're are so many positive reviews when the concept is flawed.If you adjust all the knuckles one way, then you literally exaggerate the problem. And if you adjust it the other way, the hinges rip off the frame.There's actually only one way to adjust due to the angle of the opening cut on the tool.I couldn't get it to work.The only reason I'm keeping it is because it's awesome for turning off stuck water valves, of which I do often.

This seems well made but even the smallest size will not work for any non commercial doors. So a waste of money for me but it was my own fault 🙄
