Had to pop rivet the hinge and slide on to the cover. You will need a rivet gun if you don't already have one. Very easy to do. Installing was easy. These are a little thinner than the stock ones that came on the RV but these seem durable and not bad for the price.

Liked the quality of and thickness of the product I hope it will hold up well in the Arizona sun. The fit was exact to my old roof vent. The hing rail shape was not compatible with my old frame but I simply drilled out the rivets on my old one and reused the rail. The pre drilled holes worked perfectly. I placed the rivets from the inside so the flush portion would be inside, this made for a better fit. Would be nice if it came with a new gasket for the hatch to make it a complete kit.

You need a rivet tool!!! Really… I don’t have one, had to do southern engineering.

Fit well. Maybe not quite as sturdy as more expenses ones. The "hinge" could of been formed with little more curl so that it would work better but works OK fo me as I have Roof Vent Covers and vent cover does not open all way up.
