This was horrible to install on my 21 crosstrek...the 4 carriage bolts was about 1" to short ..didn't realize till I got them inside the frame ..and you can't get them back out ...the 4 nuts that go on them are just a fraction bigger then the rest of them ..they should be flange nuts according to the instructions but they are not ..I couldn't even fit the lock washers on them this was horrible situation when there is no backing out because it's impossible to get the bolts out of the fram !!! I don't recommend this kit at all .. but if you do make sure to buy longer carriage bolts !!!!!!!

The snakes are amazing for getting the bolts through frame and in to the clips that are inserted into the frame.The install went absolutely smooth and then at the end all the bolts/threads striped! 😆 replace with you own hardware and you'll be fine. Only complaint.

Works great. Bolts right up . even fits a hybrid. 2018-2023 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid.
