I have a laser printer and bought a laminator. I had some foil that was for a foil quill, which did not work at all because it would transfer it to the entire page. I didn’t have much hope when I purchased this, but it worked great. Transfers is very easily.

This is the best foil that I've found. I've tried other brands and this is the best by far. The adhesion is flawless, it only takes 1 passthrough on 5 in the laminator. The clean up just brushes off and the color gold is so much more vibrant than other foils. I will purchase again.

While I love the Heidi Swapp foils, they tend to be very wrinkled. I've had a few rolls now that just won't do what I need them to do. The wrinkles make it impossible to get a clean print***** Edit******I'm updating my review to 5 stars..... the problem was not with the foil, it was the laminator. Now that I'm using the Minc, everything is coming out perfect, even if there are ripples or wrinkles.

I love the rich colors of the Heidi Swapp foils! Plus, there are so many colors to choose from that you'll never run out of ideas on how to use them. I used this to make some wall art. You can use this reactive foil with any laminator (that gets hot enough) and also with the specific Minc machine (which I also have). It's also cheaper to get it here on Amazon than to go to your local Michael's where they'll run you $9.99 before tax. Also, when using this or any type of reactive foil, make sure to use a laser printer. It's the toner ink that makes it adhere.My only complaint (and the reason it gets only 4 stars) about these is the plastic sticker/tab that seals the foil. It's a PAIN to take off. I even watched a video of Heidi herself trying to take it off and she was struggling a bit too. Whatever you do, please just have some patience and pick it off slowly! If you don't, it will ruin the foil underneath it. Granted it's a small area, but it's placed right in the middle of the sheet and will render that whole section useless. On my very first one, I tried to pry it up using the slim, sharp edge of an exacto knife and that still didn't work. Heidi, if you ever read these reviews...PLEASE use washi tape or some equivalent to seal down the first edge. It would be a life saver!

Buying this large roll of MINC reactive foil was much cheaper than buying the little 6 inch rolls and it works perfectly in my Glaminator. I always run my projects through the laminator 3 times so that likely helps it stick better to the toner. No issues at all and I would purchase this product again.

I had a lot of trouble getting this all figured out, but finally got it down, coming out perfect almost every single time. Proper printing, good cardstock, and a decent laminator. I suggest researching what has worked well for other before wasting too much figuring it out.

Oh wow! This foil is the absolute best! I added a photo of the foil on 176gsm black cardboard and it’s flawless! I’m so happy!

J'ai utilisé ce pour recouvrir un texte imprimé à l'encre laser noir et suivis les conseils de pose de la marque. J'ai eu beau testé plusieurs température, papiers, ect, rien n'y a fait, il reste pleins de parties non imprégnée. Déçue
