I wouldn't know but all I did was swipe my hand on it and it felt like it was really soft made of good quality I didn't take it out of its package so I wouldn't know if it's washable I can tell it's thickness was good had a good weight to it but I wouldn't know because I returned it because the price of what I paid for that I could have bought a whole comforter

Omg i am sensitive to texture but this fabric is so luxurious to touch and i love it so much. Now my kids want one too haha. It washes great and I love the zipper feature since that means I don't have to deal with those annoying ties that keep coming undone. It definitely adds warmth to the comforter and perfect for the cool winter nights.

For a time it was plenty soft, but within three months it had serious signs of wear and by five months there was a sizeable rip. On top of that the fabric continues to tear like toilet paper which indicates that the overall strength of the fabric is pretty poor. In the second photo you can see how the fabric just completely comes apart before it tears. Regardless of how hard on my sheets I am, I treated these just like others that held up for years. Don't buy.Update: The seller got in touch with me soon after I posted this review with an explanation of why it likely ripped so quickly and offered a refund. They said it likely got snagged during production or packaging either after QC or before and was missed. Then washing and regular use caused it to come apart. Either way, this sounds reasonable and I appreciate that they backed up their product by offering the refund. It doesn't look like this is a very common complaint so I'm sure this was a fluke.

Super soft and great quality. I have a California king and it’s a little longer than a regular king, but more narrow. The comforter fits almost perfect on the California king would be a little concerned about a regular king, that’s why I didn’t give five stars. But really good product. I’m pretty picky.

Not soft, not same texture as other egyption cotton.. i have washed already so cannot send it back but it just did not meet my expectation 😩
