Ok, I am LOVING these! I had been using my phone in a thing where you'd pop a metal rectangle into the remote and that connects to a phone holder that stands above the controller. It was great for having the phone closer to your face but it took a long time to set up and was big and clunky to pack in the bag. I found this which solves all my problems! It feels good quality but more importantly it just works well. It fits my case well and it takes up almost no extra space. Now I just pop out my remote and slide my phone in no setup necessary and keep my case on! You'll want to get a charging cable for this as the DJI doesn't reach.

Secure fit on the DJI controller. Nicely mounts into the rubber tabs on the DJI controller. The phone holder grabs my cellphone well. The thickness of my cellphone with case is about 11 mm, so that the phone holder works well, and I don't need to take the case off. Overall, a big improvement.

My phone is fairly large and wouldn't fit in the remote for my Spark and Mavic Air. Luckily, these little adapters changed that. Really works well.

This allowed me to use my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 with my Mavic Pro's controller. NOTE: You will need to buy an extended USB cable for connectivity if the USB port on your smartphone/tablet isn't close to the controller's swing-out arms.

TLDR: This is the solution I was looking for - but it does not accommodate standard phone-case sizes.Why do people need this adapter? Because their phone w/ case is too thick. Why do these adapters need to be so much different than the original mount? THIS is the answer. I don't want to carry around a bullet-proof metal plate that weighs a pound. I just want to extend the range of devices (literally a larger-sized phone with case) I can carry in my controller. My phone is the iPhone 14 Pro Max with a minimalist case. And the mounting points that this adapter provides are much too small. So it is pointless. I'm not sure what range of devices this adapter attempts to support but the iPhone Pro Max size has been around for a long time in and most people use cases. Note again - my case is a minimalist case.

Helps solve the issues if your phone is too large to fit in the holders of the DJI controller. Fit my Samsung Galaxy S23 perfectly!

This is close to a great product, but it fails for me. I have s21 ultra in a samsung case, it's too big for these and the cable to connect to remote is too short if I squeeze into the brackets. I'm sure it works with a slightly smaller phone. The cable port is not big enough to connect properly, it needs some more space.

I bought this adapter for the Samsung Note 20 Ultra, as I like the screen size. The camera lens protrudes on this model, so I had to position it slightly lower in the holder. You need to test both thicknesses of padding to decide which one is correct for your phone thickness. It does the job fine but takes some testing to get it positioned right.
