Measuring Guide:
CHEST:Measure around the fullest part, across chest points, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST:Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIP:Measure around the fullest part of your hips keeping the tape horizontal.
CENTER BACK SLEEVE:Measure straight from centre back neck to shoulder point, and from shoulder point to wrist with the arm in a relaxed position. INSEAM
Measure from top of inside thigh to bottom of ankle, while standing with straight legs.

Using this shirt for my am mile walks in temps under 40 degrees. Fits snugly and really keeps me dry from sweat and warm. Very thin, own 2, absolutely love it. No bulk and I am very comfortable on my power walks in the cold.

exactly what I expected. lightweight, easy to wear as a base layer with bibs and a ski jacket. kept me plenty warm on the slopes in Colorado and Canada. I’m 5’3â€, 130, 34C and typically a 4/6. I tried the small and medium- the small was a bit tight but felt best for how I wanted to wear it (under other layers)

My daughter works in Colorado in the higher elevation so in the winter she has to layer up. She says these work great!
