This works so well! I had a pair of pants that I wanted to wear for a work event and didn’t have time to have it professionally tailored. I ordered this tape and it came the next day. I followed the directions - it’s not with the packaging, it’s here on the sale page - and it turned out so well. MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR WHERE TO PLACE THE TAPE. I think that if I needed to use it with light colored pants, I would pick white tape but this tape was so sturdy.

I'm pleased with this hemming tape.✊😠I purchased this product to adhere to my elongating slacks and gowns rather than hand sewing or sending them to the cleaners to have them professionally hemmed. It's so easy to use. It works like a charm and is sticky enough to hold tightly my hems together, even after laundry washings. I've even used it to confine a shoe insert to the bottom of my shoe, and it holds perfectly in place. If you find hem sewing a trying task, I highly recommend this Catephe Tape to ease your hemming issues and save time from manual stitching with a needle and thread. 🪡🧵Highly recommend!!!!

Used enough for 2 pair of new denim jeans to shorten pant legs. Soaked tape, ironed on well, seemed to hold OK. Next day I washed both pair and tape was starting to release in many places. Now I will have to get them sewed. Returning tape for refund.

Doesn’t stick to anything wet it , dry , hot iron medium iron ,total crap . Doesn’t even stick to itself. Would never buy it again . Just tear a strip of newspaper and you would get same results .

I tried and at first it was terrible. then I looked up the protocol ( here...) and found that it had to be dipped in water before using. then it 's magical. I wish there was a line on the package that says "Wet in water, then press on fabric with a hot iron for 10-15 seconds.

The instructions were non existent but I read the reviews and figured it out. Besides that, the product works great. It was easy to apply.

I have two different types of pants to hem up. One was cotton and was like 4 inches too long so I had to cut them off and I ironed them at the correct length prior to using the tape. Worked well. The other pair of pants were some type of synthetic blend And they were only less than 2 inches too long so I folded them over and left the hem in place. It proved to be more difficult with the extra material in place but I found that if you iron the half that is not on the hem by itself, it seems to work better. On both pairs of pants I turned them both right side out and ironed them again and the seam seems to be pretty secure. Only time will tell. PS thought I might not want to mention that I’m a 67-year-old guy so if I can do it, I’m sure it’ll be easy for you.

I didn’t know this existed until recently. It was a great value for the money and it works great! It was super easy to use and the glue adhered very well.
