Detail on the upper hull is a bit mediocre but at this price point that’s to be expected. That being said the aftermarket support is huge for these. Straight out of the box everything worked as it should. I like that the pro leaves some room for customization, the road wheels, idler wheels, drive sprockets, and tracks come unpainted. Assembly is very straight forward, controls take a little getting used to other than that in this day and age this is inexpensive good fun that will satisfy people of nearly all ages

I ordered this product and received it. I realized after unboxing the item it was missing the charger.And the muzzle break on the barrel was crooked as hell. I contacted Amazon and a manufacturer but the missing items. I was able to charge the battery because I have my own charger. After running the tank for 20 minutes, the front sprocket was coming apart. So I was able to tighten up the front sprocket and I checked the road reels on the left side to make sure they were tight and 3 Allen cruise were stripped.I have been dealing with them since I received a product and I’m not happy about their customer service.
