As I write this, the seller has a dimensional diagram on Amazon that shows the head thickness as 3/16". What I received is .140", not .187". I ordered these specifically for the 3/16" dimension, and would order a couple hundred more if they were actually as described. I'm very disappointed.The quality of the item seems good. It's just not the correct size.
