This is a great product that produces a tough durable finish that looks great, BUT, you have to do the work! Clean the bed! Rough up the WHOLE bed surface to get the shine off, wipe down the whole bed with acetone(I did it a couple times). Tape everything you don't want it on. WEAR OLD CLOTHES OR A FULL SUIT AND GLOVES! I will say it does not spray like paint so don't be expecting that, it is a slower process due to the grit in the product, but it gives you time to keep looking around for lightly covered or missed spots. Be READY to clean the nozzle (have a plan for it) it WILL clog at some point. It took me about 6 hours start to finish but it is WELL worth it because $100 and change is so much better than $600 to have someone do it!

Used this on my 20 f150. The Product is nice. Applied easy. I did the spray method.Only thing about this is I sprayed this in a warm shop but temperatures dropped off too cold for several days and nights and didn't cure correctly.Highly advised to do during warm weather. Should promote better curing of the bed liner.

Make darn sure you mask off EVERYTHING as over spray is abundant! The spray gun was great, I ran about 70psi and it sprayed well. Setup for 24 hours and it wasn't tacky. Now, three weeks later it's super tough, just like the $1000 ones from a ship.

I used this on my jon boat first. It was ok, but the spray on Rhino Liner was much better. I still had a lot left over so I decided to do the bed of my truck. I did all of the proper prep, etc., but it all went south quickly.- The hardener is very thick and pours very slow. Heating it does not help.- All of the solids were VERY solid at the bottom of the container.- Good luck mixing this well. I ended up emptying everything into a separate container- The spray gun worked for exactly 2 seconds, made a huge mess, then stopped.- The roller works for about 2 minutes then falls apart- The solids basically just gather in your tray and aren't applied evenly- Stuff gets everywhere whether you want it there or not.- Looks ok, but not great- Solids chunks will not harden and get tracked all over

The kit comes with all necessary parts. It's easy to use and apply. The only down side is the drying time. It took 3 days to cure enough for me to reassemble the van I applied it to. I done the inside of an ford econoline van used for pressure washing /cleaning service.

I included before and after pics. I had a rough looking truck bed so I sanded more than I should have had to but I was worried about spraying this after reading what others have said. Let me tell you it is a great product and I could not be happier with the way my truck bed has turned out. I have a ford f 350 with the short bed but that bed is a good size bed compared to most and I had enough to do the whole bed. Follow the instructions and make sure you have a compressor with proper air flow and this product does exactly what the manufacturer promises!! I'll update my review after I see how durable it is but it looks and feels nice and strong.

My RAM 2500 with 6.5 foot bed has seen a lot of use the past eight year and the bed was starting show its age. I decided on the Herculiner because its a two part urethane system and part of the JB Weld group.I purchased a four quart kit with an included sprayer. After removing all the items that I did not want covered I followed the directions using 80 grit sandpaper on an orbital sander, then Scotch-Brite pads for the rest. washed out the bed with a mild detergent, Rinsed it then dried it. Wiped it down with acetone then attacked a few shiny areas with the Scotch-Brite pads. I wiped the whole bed again with acetone, taped it off and covered the entire truck with plastic. This whole process took about 5 hours.I painted outside, sunny about 65 degrees light breeze Overall very pleased with how it turned out, good adhesion, looks good, nice texture. Would buy again. A few notes: It took 48 hours to fully harden made the cooler temperature or the thicker spray on the floor of the bed. The spray gun cleaned up easily with the acetone. You need to wear proper PPE, good respirator, gloves and glasses. Pro tip: the harder is thick like honey, pouring the correct amount into the first three bottle of liner material was easy, waiting for it to drain into the last bottle was for ever. I poured the last bottle of liner material into the harder bottle, much quicker.

This may be a skill / application issue, but I've painted houses and plasti-dipped cars before so I'm not sure. But the final product wasn't nearly the quality I was hoping for.
