I got this as a replacement for my old mandolin strap which is wearing thin. This one is made of thick leather and is almost the exact same dimensions as my old strap with the exception of the length - it is a few inches longer. It fits perfectly, puts my mando in the position I like it to be and there are no metal or moving parts to damage my instrument. The slot where the strap goes over the end pin is cut a little short, which is actually smart - it makes it a bit harder to put on, but also harder to take off which means it won't accidentally fall off in the middle of a song.

Okay strap, just does not size down small enough for my petite frame. It needs a couple more holes punched in it.

Good material - not as supple as other options, but fine. Decent workmanship. Unfortunately, too short for me. I need another ~3 inches of length to have my F-style mandolin hanging in the correct place. This is better than the similar options from Levy's and D'Addario, but still inadequate. Not sure why they don't make them longer.

This strap is nothing fancy. It's just a leather strap but it was easy to put on and works fine for what it is. I haven't had any issues with the holes widening either so my mandolin is safe with this strap and that's all that matters.
