The dome fits the base perfectly! These mini domes are easy to assemble. Handle with care. Battery-powered tea lights fit perfectly inside this dome. I use black battery-operated tea lights and orange balloon lights, and presto! Beautiful and unique Halloween decorations!

This product did exactly what I needed for it to do. I utilized this product for my chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries fit well inside of the container, and I used a pretty good size strawberry. I did have to cut down the cupcake holder that I placed on the inside but then it worked well also. It gave my presentation an elevated, sophisticated look. These protected my strawberries inside of the birthday basket I made and the extras fit well inside of the box. I am happy with this purchase.

I was nervous that these would be too small for my chocolate covered pucks but it works perfectly. Also great for my mini cheesecakes.

I was really excited to receive these as packaging for chocolate-covered Oreos. I tried putting them together with 3 different sets of bases and domes. They did NOT fit. Asked my husband to do it and he told me to flip the base over - they fit perfectly! So, if you're like me and expecting them to fit one way and they don't, try flipping the base over to see if that helps :) These little domes are super cute and I'm excited to use them for the holidays!

Very cute! Purchased for mini Buntini cakes and they were smaller than I expected but they do seal shut easily and are thick enough to keep things fresh.

These domed boxes are cute and they might be ok for other kinds of desserts. However, they are not for chocolate covered Oreos! If you see in the picture, the ones taken from on top look fine. But if you look from the side the domes are way too tall! All the other reviews I read only had pictures of chocolate covered Oreos taken from on top. Now that I bought them, I realize that from the side they are too tall. The Oreo looks very small and skimpy. If you’re looking for something classy that actually fits your cookies nicely, these are not it unless you have a very tall decoration on top. Also, you have to be gentle while putting on the cover. If you push too hard the lid splits and it becomes unusable. (See pic) would not recommend!
