These little guys are perfect for measuring spices in the kitchen on a scale. They are anti static so all of your spice will slide right out, leaving none in the boat. They are also super light weight, each one weight 1.74 g. On small .01 g scales a regular glass mixing bowl, even the tiny ones are just too much weight for them. These are perfect.

These work okay but the material is less than ideal. It is very frictional and holds onto too much of my powder. If I was using it to measure a valuable product I’d be loosing money, but for my purposes, supplement powder, it’s okay but the powder residue does tend to build up with repeated use. It is also too thick and stiff, making it hard to bend and tap off the powder. The combination of these factors tends to make it spring back after you release it, sending a cloud of powder into the air and soiling nearby surfaces like your scale. In the past I’ve gotten much better weigh boats for less money. I wonder if the manufacturer thinks they are adding quality with this thicker plastic.
